Valentinian I, 364-375. Five Solidi (Gold, 21x7 mm, 25.85 g, 9 h). Includes Valentinian I and Gratian. A very interesting group. Scrapes and chisel marks on the reverse, and part of the middle solidi melted, otherwise, extremely fine.
This interesting group consists of five solidi, which were apparently exposed to great heat at some point after they were lost. As a result, the middle solidi have partially melted, and the flowed out metal is sticking all five coins tightly together
