ATTICA. Athens. Circa 500/490-485/0 BC. Tetradrachm (Silver, 21 mm, 16.75 g, 10 h). Head of Athena to right, wearing crested Attic helmet. Rev. AΘE Owl standing right, head facing; to left, olive sprig; all within incuse square. Asyut Group IV. Seltman Group M & G. An attractive example of particularly bold archaic style. Minor areas of weakness, otherwise, good very fine.
