AKARNANIA. Leukas. Circa 350-320 BC. Stater (Silver, 20 mm, 8.57 g, 2 h). Λ Pegasus flying right. Rev. Head of Athena to right, wearing Corinthian helmet; behind neckguard, Λ and uncertain symbol (here off flan). BCD Akarnania 221 (with kerykeion symbol). Calcati 92 (with kerykeion symbol). A lovely coin with a fine style head of Athena. Struck somewhat off center and with a faint graffito on the obverse, otherwise, nearly extremely fine.
