KINGS OF SOPHENE. Mithradates I, circa 2nd half of 2nd century BC. Hemichalkon (Bronze, 12 mm, 0.82 g, 4 h). Diademed and draped bust of Mithradates I to left, wearing bashlyk tied with a diadem. Rev. Lion walking right. Kovacs -, cf. 28 (lion walking left). Leu 4 (2019), 312 var. (lion springing right). Unpublished and unique, a very interesting issue. Very fine.
