BRITISH, Lancaster. Henry VI, first reign, 1422-1461. Groat (Silver, 27 mm, 3.24 g), annulet issue. Calais mint, 1422-1427. Crowned facing bust within tressure of arches; annulets flanking neck. Rev. Long cross pattée; three pellets in quarters, annulets in second and third. North 1424; SCBC 1836. Nicely toned. Some scratches on the obverse, otherwise, very fine.
