Anonymous, circa 300/280-276 BC. Didrachm (Silver, 18 mm, 7.40 g, 8 h), Neapolis (?). Helmeted head of Mars to left; behind, oak spray. Rev. Horse’s head to right, wearing bridle, on base inscribed ROMANO; stalk of grain to left. Crawford 13/1. RBW 3. Sydenham 1. Nicely toned. Faint old marks and with a minor flan fault on the obverse, otherwise, very fine.
