CARTHAGE. Circa 310-290 BC. Stater (Gold, 19 mm, 7.43 g, 12 h). Head of Tanit to left, wearing wreath of grain ears, pendant earring and elaborate necklace; to left, pellet. Rev. Horse standing right; below ground line, two pellets. Jenkins & Lewis Group V, 260-279. A beautifully centered example of lovely style. Good very fine.
