Diademed head of Ptolemy I to right, wearing aegis around neck. Rev. BAΣIΛEΩΣ ΠTOΛEMAIOY Eagle with closed wings standing left on thunderbolt; in field to left, LKE (date); to right, ΠA. SNG Copenhagen 324. Svoronos 1437. Beautifully toned, very well struck and with an excellent portrait, a lovely piece of fine style. Tiny marks, otherwise, nearly extremely fine.
