This fals was struck in Usrushana in the year 400’ in Arabic); in the outer margin, citing the ruler as al-Mumakkan Yinal Tegin, ‘mimmā amara bihī al-amīr al-sayyid al-jalīl al-Mumakkan Yināl-Tikīn mawlā amīr al-muʾminīn’ (‘From that ordered by the glorious amir [and] lord al-Mumakkan Yinal Tegin, vassal of the Commander of the Believers’ in Arabic). Rev. Within a circle, citing the ruler as Sanaʾ al-Dawla Yinal Tegin, ‘li-llāh / Muḥammad / rasūl Allāh / Sanāʾ al-Dawla / Yināl-Tikīn’ (‘For Allah. Muhammad is the messenger of Allah.
