CONG II DAT POP Nero, on the left, seated to right on platform; before him, an official seated to right on another platform, handing out congiarium to citizen standing to left on a flight of steps; on the right, small boy standing left; in the back, Minerva, on the left, standing facing, holding owl in her right hand and spear in her left, and Liberalitas, on the right, holding up tessera in her right hand.
