RPC II 351. Varbanov 621-2. A bold and impressive piece with a fine green patina. The obverse struck slightly off center, otherwise, good very fine.




This is the largest denomination of the interesting bilingual series of Philippopolis, struck in the year of Domitian's campaign on the Danube against the Dacian King Decebalus.
